Sponsors like you are essential to our mission of helping children overcome the poverty and difficult circumstances that they have been born into. By sponsoring a child, you are telling him/her that someone believes in them and cares about them. That message is strengthened when that child receives personal letters from you. We strongly encourage our sponsors to be active with their child by writing, sending small gifts, and possibly even going to visit them at the school (which is how Beyond the Horizon started Click Here). Never underestimate the positive impact your letters can have on your sponsored child. You may write to your child as often as you like. You will receive 3 letters per year from your sponsored child so that you know how they are doing. A pledge of $260.00 will provide a full year of support for one child.

100 percent of your child sponsorship money goes directly to the school that your child attends. Beyond the Horizon does not keep any of the sponsor pledged monies to cover our overhead costs. 

Your yearly sponsorship will allow your sponsored child educational opportunities that most of India’s poorest children never have a chance to receive. Your child will receive a formal education at an ISCE certified English Medium School, uniforms, textbooks and school supplies. Most important, your child will be introduced to Jesus Christ and have the opportunity to experience his love through Christian assembly lessons in school and through your letters. You are personally investing in the life of a child, as your encouragement can help your child develop a sense of confidence and self-worth through letters and prayers. You will be the only sponsor for your child and your child will only receive letters from and correspond to you. As a sponsor, along with parents, pastors, teachers and family, you are taking an active role in encouraging and developing the child.
